I came to stay with a friend and noticed the ground floor in rough shape. I’m sure maintenance and management walk by this every day. It looks like a health hazard. This building has potential to be great, but there’s still things that need to be taken care of that has been neglected for months. Years. It’s a shame. I’m sure management takes pride in the ocean view and first floor, but all other parts of the building desperately needs a revamp with consistent maintenance
