The park at Palermo is the most DISGUSTING place you could possibly live at with over priced unit that are dirty, infested with termites and roaches, and poorly “renovated”. My 622 sqft apartment was $1500 for holes in the doors, walls with cracks and paint all over every appliance, improper installation of the dryer, burners on the stove didn’t work, and the bathroom air vent wouldn’t even turn on. The carpet was dirty and had bleach stains upon moving in with plenty other issues including my ac breaking 5 times while living there, parties being thrown every weekend, 9-12 people living in one unit, and a pot hole the size of a hot tub in the middle of the parking lot. There was termite poop inside my bathroom, closet and all over the porch and the office ignored the issue for over a month. If you want to live in an overpriced unit that’s ignored and disgusting the park at Palermo if for you! Keep in mind you’ll never be able to reach the property manger cause there’s a new one ever three months and they will take your security deposit when you leave that place in better condition than it has ever been in. Also beware if you’re on the second floor your porch might cave in at an time due to support beams bending and cracking. All I can say is run as far as you can from this terrible place and don’t recommend anyone else to live here cause you won’t get the referral reward!
Buenas tardes hay que arreglar con urgencias las escaleras del 9 están en pésimo estado(con una cinta amarilla )😒 , hoy fui a entregar un domicilio y subí por las escaleras de atrás cerca al lago que supuestamente están mejor y casi me caigo, es un riesgo para los inquilinos y los visitantes.
this apartment company locked me out of my apartment even though i was up to date on rent (i was out of town for 2 weeks), then called the sheriff on me trying to get me trespassed at my own residence, for wanting to get in my own property (which the sheriff thought was hilarious they tried to do). Then I terminated the lease under FL statutes and law, which i have full rights to do, they sent me back my deposit. Then 5 months later i get a letter in the mail from a collection agency that Palermo apparently sold off fraudulent debt too. DO not rent from these people, they are clearly pretty dumb because they think they can get away with doing this to people. they just picked the wrong one this time. ill see yall in court if you refuse to comply with the demands i sent you today.
⚠️⚠️Renter beware⚠️⚠️: (Español despues)If you want a peaceful, well maintained community, this is not the place for you, you are getting exactly what you pay for here. I will try to cover everything in this review. See pictures attached.
1. This is not a gated community. The gate is broken. They will tell you that they are working to fix it but they are not. Instead they have invested in a permanent sign that says under going maintenance. Hilarious.See attached pic.
2. This complex is ghetto. Being ghetto comes with inconsiderate neighbors, music at all hours of the night. Management will send a notice when you complain but that wont stop anything. After that they just ignore you. They live in the community as well and through their own parties that last all night.
3. The main pool is extremely small and will have young men day drinking and blasting music that you can hear at the other side of the complex until the early morning.
4. Everyone has dogs. There is dog poop absolutely everywhere. Nobody picks up after them and management does not do anything about it.
5. The apartments are not cleaned prior to move in. They will paint over all the dirt in the whole apartment. I found womens long hair stuck to the walls cause the were painted over. The vents are not cleaned either, they will have gunk when you try.
6. Parking is not assigned but is limited cause of flooding just from the sprinklers at night. It does not dry up. And when it rains even worse.See pics attached.
7. The complex is a dumping ground for bulk furniture and will have a ton of items there for weeks before being hauled off. See attached pics.
8. Complex rules state you cannot leave trash outside your door or plants, etc. These rules are definitely not followed. See attached pics.
9. You most definitely will hear upstairs heavy footed neighbors and noisey next door neighbors. You will hear and feel the apartment across the hall slam their door as it shakes your apartment and people walking/running through the halls.

1. No es una comunidad cerrada. La puerta está rota. Te dirán que están trabajando para arreglarla, pero no es cierto. En su lugar, han invertido en un letrero permanente que dice “en mantenimiento”. Ver foto adjunta.
2. Este complejo es un barrio marginal. Esto implica vecinos inconscientes, música a todas horas de la noche. La administración enviará un aviso cuando te quejes, pero no detendrá nada. Después de eso, simplemente te ignoran. Viven en la comunidad también y organizan fiestas que duran toda la noche.
3. La piscina principal es extremadamente pequeña y será ocupada por jóvenes bebiendo y escuchando música a todo volumen que se puede escuchar en el otro lado del complejo hasta la madrugada.
4. Todos tienen perros. Hay excrementos de perros en todas partes. Nadie recoge después de ellos y la administración no hace nada al respecto.
5. Los apartamentos no se limpian antes de mudarse. Pintan sobre la suciedad en todo el apartamento. Encontré cabello largo de mujer pegado a las paredes porque fue pintado sobre él. Los conductos de aire no se limpian tampoco, tendrán grasa cuando intentes.
6. El estacionamiento no está asignado pero es limitado debido a las inundaciones solo por los aspersores por la noche. No se seca. Y cuando llueve, peor aún. Ver fotos adjuntas.
7. El complejo es un vertedero para muebles a granel y tendrá muchos artículos allí durante semanas antes de ser retirados. Ver fotos adjuntas.
8. Las reglas del complejo establecen que no se puede dejar basura fuera de la puerta ni plantas, etc. Estas reglas no se siguen. Ver fotos adjuntas.
9. Sin duda escucharás a los vecinos de arriba caminar pesadamente y a los vecinos ruidosos de al lado. Escucharás y sentirás la puerta del apartamento de enfrente cerrarse con fuerza, sacudiendo tu apartamento, y personas caminando/corriendo por los pasillos.
