Very nice units. Ample parking. This place seems well suited to senior life style. A maintenance-free environment with more of a home feel than apartments.
It is new. The staff has no idea what they are doing. This is the owner first time doing this . When I moved out , it took him 35 day to send my deposit back after I reminded him he had to give it back. Than he charged me for 6 blinds when they only replaced 4. It’s only a $100 difference but the landlord is cheating old people. Not to mention he’s an accountant that can’t read an invoice.
My parents live here. They like it so I guess it’s okay.
