Clean nice facility
If you have an elderly who needs proper care. This is the place to be.
If you are looking to work here or bring your family here, do not do it.
The care staff are all crybabies except like 2 of them & the management is super cliquey & always having care staff go against each other or having care-staff be on their side so another manager can be in trouble. It was a super weird experience.
They also have a lot of citations and fines and are being watched by the state.
A lot of things swept under the rug and management gets to manipulate the “gray area”.
The residents aren’t cared for as needed bc of laziness from care staff and management & the food options are horrible.
The cook is always making junk and super greasy food & saving food from days before and serving it. For example there was an egg salad made for dinner, the cook saved it for lunch the next day & it was crusted over and stink.
The residents are lovely and I feel so bad for them. This place needs to be shut down immediately. You will soon realize that you will need to move to another place.
The management is horrible here, do not trust them with your loved one.
The residents are fun and friendly. The staff all work hard to get to really know us and help us have a safe and healthy environment. They show caring every day. We have lots of activities: bingo, sign language, blackjack, puzzles, gardening, Mexican train and more. The other residents feel like family to me. I am happy to be here.
I have been here for nearly 3yrs. There’s been many changes over the years. As with any company, some good some not so good. I thoroughly enjoy being here. I don’t look at it as “being at work” I feel more like it’s my second home. The residents are amazing and make me smile. =)
