My family and her two young children live here and once every few months her AC stops working and her house is over 80 degrees. They state they get things done within 24 hours but we have cameras and that is not true. I take her and her kids in to my home each time this happens. Which happens very often. I tried helping her out by calling management to get this expedited due to them not working over the weekends. When I called the women was rude and was telling me everything I said was not true. I understood that because I am not renting that she was unable to talk to me about certain things. The person who answers the phone is miserable and unprofessional and should think about getting a new job that brings joy to her. I feel for all the families with small children who live in this place.
