I was invited to a conference at The Sentinel of Amsterdam which I attended. After a tour of the facility and speaking with a few residents, I give them 5 stars. It is a beautiful facility with all the services you can imagine and a beautiful lay out in the rooms. The staff were all kind and polite and residents had good things to say!
Front desk associates are helpful and kind, some go out of their way to be so.
T. Lewis Steele is a Rockstar. He’ll go the extra mile to make sure your loved ones get the care and services they need. As a resident representative, he’s got a lot on his plate but is very professional and follows up promptly with any concerns or issues. You can rest easy knowing he’s on the job. From Medical staff to front desk or housekeeping, maintenance, and food service, everyone I dealt with was kind, professional, and attentive. We’ve moved on now but are grateful to the staff of The Sentinel of Amsterdam.
