I have been constantly using this location for several years. Recently on Sunday’s the service is like it has never been before. I called right at opening, no answer, waited 10 past to call again. I just needed to make sure one of my packages has arrived before I start driving to the store… I was placed on hold without him ever asking me to hold. I hung up after 10 min of waiting and called back… No answer. I left a VM and have still not heard back. The voice of the employee seemed to be the same employee as the prior week? He was extremely rude then too and just seemed frustrated with his job. He mentioned how he just got in trouble and I’m not going to be the reason he loses his job? I’m so disappointed in this service….

I can’t tell you how much I appreciated Joe, the notary from store 2193. He has helped me in numerous occasions and has been exceptional
in every way every time. This visit took longer because I had many documents to print and sign. Everyone at the store was so kind and without complaint – even though I held up their closing. He deserves 10 stars!!!
