  1. If I could afford this for my dad, I would definitely pick this place. I cried in the corner when I found out they didn’t take certain payments & the love I felt while I was there was the most beautiful gift a facility can give. Beautiful, clean and people with honorable history to surround yourself with was a dream. My dad worked his whole life to give us his best and scrimped everywhere he could and deserved this dream but over the last few years with scams and moms medical bills that took years to pay, dried up his wallet before he needed care. I was blessed to have him with me but like I said I cried when I had to find somewhere else. If you need a home for your family, this is the place. Good luck!

  2. Our experience thus far has been excellent. A lady named Terri helped us with getting dad moved in and she was beyond helpful and accommodating. Moving a loved one into a home is a big step, and it makes the process much easier when you have kind people involved. The nursing staff and maintenance crew have also been great, and have met all of dad’s needs with a smile. The place itself is big and beautiful and they have lots of activities for the seniors. The ladies that work at the front desk are also quite wonderful. I’m grateful that dad is somewhere safe and being well fed and taken care of. It gives us peace of mind and that is simply priceless. 🙏🏼

Update: Dad left after a year because his Dementia was getting worse and he needed more hands on care they could not provide in our pay range. They were very helpful and gracious when it was time to move him, and sad to see him go. You can tell the staff genuinely cares for their residents. I’m currently having issues at a new company / facility and will be moving him again. I realize now that Atria was very fair as far as pricing and fees. No surprises, unlike the current place he’s in. When it comes to these places make sure to read the fine print before signing anything because they don’t always tell you everything. And if your loved one has Dementia, be careful about who you choose as well. Some of these companies care more about money than their residents. Atria is not like that though, and I’m glad we were there even for a short while.

  3. If I could give a 10 star review I would! This place has done SO much for my dad (82) while he lived here. From the moment we first met Jenn for our tour, we knew this was the place for dad! Jenn is more than just the Sales person, she knows everyone, and is happy to see her residents live happy lives, she’s cheery, she knows their names and makes everyone feel special. Thank your so much for everything you helped us with, making dad comfortable! The overwhelming personalized care and concern by all the staff is exceptional. Special shout out to the Sarah (at the front Desk) she is so friendly and makes everyone feel special. The Directors Julie, Tamara, Jasmine were so kind and caring. Dad had many care takers, and one with special mention Luda, also known as “Lulu” to dad, went above and beyond for dad, during his healthy days, and during dad’s most difficult days. She truly cares about her job and the residents. Thank you for being his friend and taking such good care of dad. The cooks, dining servers, drivers, activity directors, the housekeeping people were all such wonderful people. I can’t say enough great things about this place and the people that work there, they made the last 18 months of dad’s life, so comforting, safe and felt like he was part of their Atria Family. The staff here is one of a kind and I highly recommend anyone looking for a great place when their loved ones can’t live alone anymore. Thank you to everyone who helped dad, and our family and for your loving support always.
