Too expensive to be kicked out for having snow or ice on your car. In the winter. In Western New York. Do the math there. It’s no wonder they have very few customers with how it’s being run like a dictatorship. Dude even suggested scraping the ice off my car. They’re so concerned about the equipment, which is just their excuse for not wanting to spray your car down, but apparently not at all concerned about the paint of your car. Go to Go Car Wash or Delta Sonic if you actually want to be able to wash your car. Or maybe the owner/manager or whoever he is should just open a car wash in Florida. Don’t waste your time or money.
Not a bad car wash for the summer time. But for the price of it to do what every other car wash does around here it is not worth the attitude you receive if your truck has any snow on it. It’s not a small car it’s very hard to reach the very top of my truck to clear the snow off. He was only complaining because he sprayed it off. I switched from GO car wash to them for convenience only and it’s not worth the price anymore. GO car wash does the same exact thing for more than $10 bucks cheaper a month and they never complained about snow or ice or ever had an attitude. Will definitely be switching back. It’s definitely not the concern for your equipment like stated in other comments here he purely complained about spraying it off and it only took a minute. You can get it cleared off so fast and yet he still has chose to complain about taking care of it, mind you no one else was there it was completely dead. I can see why now. Save money and hassle go somewhere else.
Not a bad car wash if your cars spotless before you go in. God forbid you have any ice or snow on your car in WNY when it’s 7 degrees out. Go to go car wash or delta sonic cheaper and no hassles(especially if snow or ice).
Went to go get my car washed after a snow storm, I get there and they tell me that I need to clean my car off better before i even come here again or they wont wash my car… I cleaned it off as best as I could, there is going to be ice and snow on my car still this is why I am at a car wash… sorry I couldn’t get underneath my car to get the snow chunks off. Never again
