From the very beginning of our discussions, Jade was responsive and helpful. She showed us many options, including a video of two apartments she herself shot with her phone. After my sister moved in, Jade continued to be attentive. We are pleased with the accommodations and with the service we are getting.
I love the friendly environment from the staff, very welcoming, and I love the events they do, especially the last one I went to, the arts and crafts festival.
