The positive reviews are absolutely full of it. I honestly believe they’re fake.
This place is awful. Definitely stay away. The staff does not care about the people who live here. They view the residents as a nuisance, ignore them, treat them like children and gossip with each other about the residents.
There are units here that are getting drenched with rain water every year because of how poorly the units were designed and built. The balconys tip toward the doors into the units and the doors are not properly installed which allows rain water in.
For years residents have been asking for help and have received none. These elderly residents have had their personal items destroyed because of it and are left trying to use sandbags and towels to control the water.
The city needs to become involved. The owners are moving towards slum lord rule.
