Michael Dorsey went above and beyond, I got so lost on the way out there, my gps wasn’t picking up your location and construction was a mess. I pulled into Harley Davidson to regroup and Michael drove to me so I could follow him to the dealership! What a courteous and professional young man. He helped me get to carmax to drop my old car off too. He let me test drive the new vehicle and answered all my questions, he even loaded all the phone and tech stuff into the vehicle for me because I’m horrible with that kind of thing. He really helped me get through a very long day and made my day much better.
