Because of their excellent customer service, I have personally referred them to seniors I know in the community, and have seen them gain access to their needs, regardless of the situation. One particular case needed help assisting a wheelchair-bound patient to Europe to be with their family…within ONE WEEK NOTICE! It was BECAUSE OF THEM that this family was able to reunite and be together despite health variables that would have prevented this from even being possible. That is just one of the many examples I have that Visionary Care Consultants will go ABOVE AND BEYOND with what you need to keep your loved one safe and access the resources they need.
Although I have worked with many staff members of Visionary Care Consultants and they have all been excellent, Tina and Tamra have been the most impactable. They are communicative, approachable, responsive, professional, passionate, creative, non judgmental, and truly caring. Tina is so flexible and creative with solutions on situations with various seniors. Tamra is so kind, approachable, communicative, creative, and truly prioritizes what is best for the client. She is honestly the most organized, thorough, communicative, personable, and thoughtful case manager I have ever worked with! Despite being busy, she makes time to communicate with me to ensure we are on the same page.
This is just scratching the surface with my gratitude for Visionary Care Consults. They have truly helped many adults and seniors have access to the best quality of life through their services and compassion. Highly recommend!
Tina Buchanan and her staff at Visionary Care Consultants are simply amazing. They provide a care management service to clients and their families that is so needed in today’s health care environment. I have had the pleasure of working with Tina and this team for a number of years and their level of customer service and care is remarkable. The team is focused on being proactive to their clients’ needs, they are attentive, empathetic, patient, responsive and excellent problem solvers. They keep family members well informed when necessary and treat clients as they would their own family members. For anyone who is taking part in the care of an aging parent, I highly recommend the Thoughtful Engagement Program that Visionary Care Consultants provides. I must admit I was initially a bit skeptical of the program at first. I wasn’t sure it would add value to my father’s life, who was suffering from a myriad of health issues. I recall meeting Kapri Tenorio for the first time. It was for an initial consultation to discuss my Fathers needs. Kapri is a very warm, open, and loving person with a shining positive attitude. She listened to me and his caretakers at the care home to find out the best treatment plan. My father (who was usually very emotionally closed off) took an instant liking to Kapri. The two of them quickly bonded over the few months they spent together. Kapri took notes while they talked and asked my father questions about his life. He opened up to her and they had many great discussions about memories of his earlier life, before he became ill. She was even able to motivate him to get up and go outside when others couldn’t. I know my father looked forward to his bi weekly visits with Kapri towards the end of his life. I’m grateful to her (and the folks at Visionary Care) for providing such compassionate care.
If you want to sleep in the streets, by all means do business with this fraud…..if zero stars were an option here, it would be much more accurate.
