I found myself in the Pullman area purchasing a pre-owned utility trailer that came from Idaho (no title just MSO). I was unsure what was needed from the seller and called Pullman Licensing. They (I think Kay L or similar) answered right away and cheerfully offered advice. After the private party transaction I decided to stop by and handle the registration. I was in and out in about 7 minutes with registration and a new licence plate. All of the agents were friendly and welcoming. I would eagerly recommend this office for an easy, even fun registration process.
