My father does outpatient therapy here at the facility. He says everyone is so nice and helpful and the therapists he works with are great. Very patient with him and encouraging. He says the other staff members always greet him with a smile. He really enjoys his therapy and it helps the goal of no falling and breaking anything! 🙂
Carla, the administrator pumped up the place when we were visiting the assisted living home for my sister. The Waterton Inn Assisted Living Home unfortunately is not concerned when it comes to feeding the residents nutritious meals, offering fun activities on a regular basis and opportunity to go to a church service at a nearby church.
I do want to mention the staff; Suzette, Debra, Willie and Ms. Betty do care about the residents however the owners and the facility director are all about profit and really don’t care about food quality or residents having enjoyment! 😞

Regarding my previous post, I will now give this assisted living home, a higher rating, 3 stars due to a new administrator/owner, Stacy.
Stacy is a very caring administrator who cares about her residents.
Hopefully, the food quality will get better as well as more Activities and entertainment for all of the residents.
Therapy is wonerful
