The manager Elizabeth, at this place is so rude. This is my first experience finding a home for my dad. She kept saying she would call me back, never did and then in the end said the room we wanted was rented out already. We had an appointment to book it and weren’t even told about the room no longer being available. This was going to be a temporary home for my dad. The nurses seemed very nice. But that manager was so horrible. I understand care for a senior is not easy to find, but with people like this. It just goes to show the lack of empathy these people have. The house itself was disgusting. Looked like an old house with multiple rooms. Nothing like the pictures shown
For the first time I called this facility in Hilton head dr on Saturday and Rene the nurse answered the phone, I was very impressed with her kind, caring voice and response!! I met her today while visiting my aunt, she is superb!!! Very lovely, helpful and kind lady.. if she can make my aunt happy that means she is very patient with positive attitude. Outdoor was very cute and open to golf course. I am glad my aunt is in a good caring home!!
We had a wonderful experience at Carol Ann’s Hilton Head home. My Mother-in-Love was there for over 2 years. The caregivers were so kind to her. Each had their own special relationship with her. Although, Mama Mary has since passed away we will never forget the grand way in which we were able to celebrate her 94th birthday with all the other residents, caregivers, family members and the many holiday gatherings. Our experience with Carol Ann’s Hilton Head Assisted living was personal, welcoming, clean, and honoring. Thank you! We miss her…
We were very fortunate to have found Carol Ann’s Home for my Mom. We came often to visit and knew she was loved and well cared for. We came to know and love the other residents there as well. Everyone has their own special needs and I was impressed at how much effort was made to meet those needs. Mom is gone now but it’s comforting to know that she always had “family” around her during her time there.
