When we visited the place, we were pleasantly surprised. It is very clean, spacious and welcoming.
Our grandpa is so much calmer, he looks rested and to our surprise, he accommodated pretty quickly.
We definitely recommend this place. You can schedule a tour and meet the staff, ask all the questions you need for your specific situation. The staff is very helpful and easy to talk to.
This place is very impressive. The staff is amazing and the food is good. Very relaxed and comfortable environment.
The facility provided outstanding care and support for my mom during her stay, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. From the beginning, the staff demonstrated professionalism, kindness, and a deep commitment to ensuring her comfort and well-being.
The caregivers were not only attentive but also incredibly compassionate, taking the time to understand my mom’s unique needs and preferences. They treated her with the utmost respect and dignity, making her feel valued and cared for every step of the way.
The facility itself was clean, well-organized, and designed to feel like a true home away from home. My mom especially appreciated the home-cooked meals tailored to her dietary needs and the variety of activities offered to keep her engaged. She often spoke about how much she enjoyed the social interactions with both staff and other residents.
What stood out to me was the excellent communication. The team kept me informed about my mom’s progress and any changes in her care plan, which gave me peace of mind knowing she was in good hands.
Thank you for making a difference in my mom’s life and gave us the reassurance that she was in a safe, supportive, and loving environment.
Overall, I was very satisfied with the staff, facility and level of care provided to my mother during her approximately six week stay. My mother had emergency surgery and was initially admitted to a skilled nursing facility based on her required level of care. Once she began to heal and her health care requirements became less intensive, we moved her into Anastasia. She continued to receive OT-PT onsite through Kaiser during her stay and the staff was attentive and supportive of her efforts to regain her mobility and eventually transition back to her senior housing apartment and live independently. There were only a few minor issues during her stay (staff needed assistance/training on the oxygen equipment, meds running low and needing refill, not forwarding a medical bill once she discharged) but these situations were handled and in no way negatively affected her health. The following are comments from my mother, Sandra:
“The rooms are very comfortable, and the facility is kept very clean. I loved the
caregivers…but feel they are short-staffed. There should be 1 person on the night shift, so the others
can get some sleep. I was well taken care of.”
