Rent is more than owning a luxury home.
I visited my mother this past weekend and there was no hot water. My mom put in a maintenance ticket and it was closed but she still has no hot water and this has been going on for 6 months. Management claims that you just need to let the water run to warm up but that doesn’t explain why an already barely lukewarm shower becomes freezing after a few minutes.
