I would leave a zero if it was a choice. They tend to drop your family members off for doctors appointments and never pick them back up. The residents sit in a doctors office after their appointment is over, waiting several hours and even all day unfed. The ride service never shows up to get them and the staff at the doctor’s office has to bring them back home. This is unethical and unacceptable. I do not recommend leaving your loved ones in their care.
Facilities are not bad and have even seen decent improvements. However, communication with their leadership team is very concerning. Found out my father was in the hospital twice due to receiving hospital bills after the fact. The team is either very overwhelmed, understaffed, unorganized, or possibly a combination of all 3. Looking forward to getting my father out of there as soon as possible
I need to know why this place did not evacuated for hurricane Milton!!! It was mandatory!!!! The roof may have blown off in places…my mom’s room is leaking water everywhere…She is in a wheelchair and u able to walk!!! This is definitely being reported!
