My five year’s of experience here as a resident has been great for my family and I. Recently i had an issue concerning a staff member at the office which I hope will be resolved but, nonetheless I cannot let one rotten apple spoil what’s left of my time here. I’d recommend this facility to anyone in need of a place to call home. Maintenance always comes through with work orders and Chuvalo and Nikki has always been welcoming to my family’s needs and their customer service has been professional and helpful!
I lived here for years. The best place of my life! Chuvala and Demi are super amazing and kind. I was evicted after they had tried everything within their power to assist me. These are a few of the best people in Orlando. The apartment is worth your money, the care for the maintenance of the property is top notch. The only thing that I hated was that I allowed myself to give up and not fight harder to keep my place. They have been updating the insides slowly, but it is worth looking into if you need a financially sound starting place. The neighborhood is very accommodating and close to everything that you will need for your 👪 family. It’s a reason why the waiting list is so long…Beacon Hill is a good place to reside!
