I can’t say enough good things about this nursing home!!! The care, compassion, and attention to detail are truly top-notch. Yehuda, the administrator, runs the place with such warmth and professionalism, ensuring that every resident is well cared for. Highly recommend!
I believe that when a person applies for a job such as caring for elder people or incapacitated individuals a quality you must have as a individual is compassion and truly love caring for others. If you do not have the heart to take care for another person then you should not be working in a nursing facility. The men in this location are so much more caring and compassionate then the woman are, I’m not saying that all the woman in this location are not caring but some are not and they are more focused on their cell phones than seeing if patients on the floor are ok or need something. i payed attention to a lot of things because i went almost every day to the facility during my fathers stay at this rehab center. Now on the other hand i did have one male care for my father at times that was an excellent person and i saw how caring and loving he was to the patients and any time he was the one in care of my father i was happy because he goes beyond caring for the patients. I was so grateful when he was the one caring for my father on certain days… His name is Olga he was on the 2nd floor, he has a big heart and i really wish you had more people like him believe me it makes a big difference having a person that shows such compassion and has such a great attitude on doing what he does best, caring for another. I also saw another male which i don’t remember his name but he was dressing my father up and he also was kind and caring. As far as the females that were rude, glued to their cell phones and just show how much they hate their job, just remember one day you too will get old and i hope you don’t get treated the way you treated others. I believe this facility should have a closer eye on workers and appreciate those that truly make a difference like Olga male nurse.
I am deeply disappointed with the care my mother received during her month-and-a-half stay at this rehabilitation facility. The staff consistently displayed a lack of professionalism and attentiveness to her needs. Important aspects of her care were either overlooked or handled in an unresponsive manner. Communication with the staff was frustratingly poor, leaving us with little confidence in their ability to provide quality care. I would not recommend this facility to anyone seeking a supportive and professional environment for their loved ones.
This Place need to be Shutdown .Honestly
