If you ever want visitors and to ever offer someone to spend the night. Don’t rent here. Their guest parking is ALWAYS full over night so my friend parked one spot away from visitor parking and they towed her car with in 5 hours. Over $100 to get it back.
Just find a better place to live.
Are you disabled? Do you use a vehicle? Do you want multiple golf carts in your disabled parking spot, when they literally have their own parking? Do you want construction equipment, port-a-potties, and dumpsters taking up your spots for a month or so and be forced to park further away and take longer to walk to your apartment as a disabled person? Do you like it when people litter in your spots? If so, you’ll LOVE Knight’s Circle!

Typical run down corporate-managed appartments. They tow cars while you are loading/unloading, incompetent maintenance staff that doesn’t address safety issues, fine you for violations not in the lease, active crime with no security cameras and ineffective security, rooms with low ceilings creaky floorboards terrible paint. Close to campus? Sort of? It’s still a long walk and requires crossing one of the busiest intersections near campus, i routinly almost get ran over. You could bike, but I’ve had bikes stolen/tampered twice now in two years and you are not allowed to keep them on your patio, and the rooms are too small to store inside. Shuttle takes forever since the busses have to navigate tight turns and traffic in areas never designed for them, 25 minutes to go about a mile. All of this for 1000+ every month. This place is a joke, I hate it here.

Very disappointing company and the office members. My son had a very toxic atmosphere in the apartment and was looking to move to a different apartment. He has been reaching out to the office since Dec 17 and was moved from one person to another until I had to intervene. Brianna is the person who dealt with him, she’s rude and not happy to help. Send my son to Alejandra the manager for nothing, because Alejandra sent him back to Brianna who by that point, left for the winter vacation. When I called and asked for her, she deliberately avoided my calls and not calling back. When I called again and again, she finally answered me very rude and not willing to help. I still believe she deliberately didn’t give us more options but one only that she felt like. We, the guarantors, that pay so much for this rent, I will never have my son rent there again. They should be ashamed of themselves of treating students and guarantors like that. As a parent, I am very disappointed to see this kind of attitude towards students and parents. This is not called Home.
