I have tried at least 6 agencies over the past year. Once I found Easy Care, the need to find anyone else was over. They provide the three most important attributes that I require for taking care of my spouse with dementia- compassion, care and attitude. My spouse has difficultly talking but they engage with her, my spouse has difficultly getting out of sitting position, they are gentle; and they make her laugh and seem to enjoy being with her!
On top of all this, the management is on top of the situation and at all times is available 24/7. They listen and respond accordingly to any questions or needs I present to them.
I needed some time for myself and with Easy Care in place, I know that my spouse will be cared for and this allows me to have that free time.
I highly recommend and believe that once you chat with the team, you will see the agency has one focus to provide the best care for your situation at all times!

key qualities I looked for and expect each time caretaker is here are compassion, patience, empathy, flexibility, dependability, the ability to understand specific needs, and a strong work ethic; ensuring they can provide care responsiveness to my spouse.
My caretaker meets these and continues to get better as the management of the agency checks in and is more than willingly to implement new care instructions quickly
