I am utterly shocked on how rude staff are here. A man opened the door and I asked to speak to their admissions department. I described exactly what would be needed as admission questions. He was very rude and shut the door on my face. Shortly a lady comes out and it was a nurse. More ruder then the man and explained my mom may be a difficult resident like she knew who my mom is. They do not want to deal with no one at all. Told me the price there is $6000 a month and disclosed information about the patients there which HIPPA would not like to hear about this. She pawned me off to other facilities. I’m glad I’m not putting my mom at a place like this. Save your family do not come here unless you like to speak to rude employees.
My father was there for 4 months and unfortunately he was a difficult person to get along with and the staff was very understanding and helpful and did their best. TJ always went above and beyond to answer all my questions and make sure I was informed of how my dad was doing. I live hundreds of miles away so unfortunately I was only able to visit one time in the time that my father was there but I am grateful for the care they gave my father.
Went to see this place for my mom. Upon entering, I was stopped just inside the door. Several clients and staff was sitting in the front where the entrance is.. The staff was extremely rude, the lady who came to talk with me not only wanted me to show my vaccine card she wanted me to text her my vaccine card..
I told her no. Im not comfortable giving you my medical information, she started to argue with me. When I explained that was a HIPPA violation she continued to argue, I said this isn’t the place for my mom. I turned to leave and they had the door locked. I repeatedly asked to unlock the door and the lady kept speaking to me abrasivly and condescendingly to me not unlocking the door. I was really getting shaken up. I repeatedly asked her to let me out… before she finally did.
This painted a clear picture of how they run the place and glad I saw it first hand. Before moving my mom in.
Very helpful in giving all the information I needed to make a decision to tour the place. Manager (TJ) sounds very knowledgeable and very pleasant to talk to.
Very helpful in providing us information with a particular client we were visiting. Very formative and helpful all the way.
