No one ever answers and hrs sucks. Jessica never answers returns calls or comes out of the office. Parent faculty and sister facility are in horrible conditions. Staff do not care!

My father is going on a year in this facility. He has had so many falls in this place is unbelievable! The nurse Harriet calls our family to advise of the falls and sounds as she is struggling to deliver the news each time. Mr. JP, Abby and all other Directors you guys have to advocate for these folks please! My father deserves a compassionate center where he is treated with dignity and respect. More protocols need to be put into place so these falls are preventive!!!!! What if your own family was here????
