Beautiful facility, great apartments. Best I’ve seen. Lots of amenities and close to businesses. Everyone from staff to residents are extremely nice.
Wellington Bay is exceptional. Our parents made it home 20 months ago and the entire team in every work area, from Sales, management, restaurant, concierge, security, everyone engaged our parents to make them feel at home in the community and part of a family. There care eventually has required the Lisbet facility and without any reservation for those reading this the compassionate quality of care that has been provided from the aides, nurses(Marie, Julie and Gertrude), doctor Sedhai, Lori in activities, concierge and management is outstanding. The quality of the facilities is excellent, this is a well run independent and assisted living location that has served our parents extremely well at an advanced age. The care and love they have shown is hard to write in a review but it is genuine, high quality and compassionate.
My wife and I have lived at Wellington Bay for over 2 years and it’s wonderful! We formerly lived in a community in Palm Beach Gardens for four years and decided to leave there. It was an old facility (watch out for mold!) and a no-can-do administration. Wellington Bay is completely different, and all for the better. Here it’s a new facility, very well maintained, with a great can-do attitude by the administration and excellent floor plans to choose from (we’re in an apartment with over 2,000 square feet). We love the food, and the exceptional staff with expertise in fitness, wellness, community activities and more. Plus, there are two pickleball courts on site! Absolutely great! We love it.
