  1. We went to this place to ask if they could help us with some windows.. a very nice gentleman said sure someone will help yall. So Ms Gossett, help us out with app.. any ways she came to our house took pictures of my windows and AC units.. and I said we just want to see if yall can help us with one one we couldn’t afford to get ( windows) cause the ones we just have put them 1 or 2 yrs ago.. she said that fine.. I’m gng to help yall with all of them.. and with AC unitl.. I have a friend that I can hired they are good.. anyways few months here came a man and young guy the old man with bad attitude.. he brought windows that it wasn’t even the ones we have.. and not even the sizes.. I was how did they know the sizes if they never came to musure them.. anyways when they finish the job.. we were not happy with his work.. but he said sign this paper and I’m gng to send yall some copies.. and some one gng to come check how we did.. we months pass yrs pass and us waiting and waiting.. so we went up there to see if they could help us with a letter we received and the awful woman came out saying. Yall should call and make appointment. I said we’ll we didn’t know. Cause every time we walk in they always help us. And than I told than that I email this woman about the job they did. And she said .. maybe was Rolling plans cause we didn’t. Than she said let me get yall filled.. she came back with her awful attitude saying well we can’t do anything about it.. cause we don’t removed. And she said well report Mike Gomez to BBB.. I said I thought you said that it wasn’t yall. Any ways I ask for the big boss or Mangers or something number the woman at the desk and that awful woman said we don’t have no numbers.. I said really cause every company has a 1800 number.. so isaid we’ll Ms Gossett said that she was gng to help with all the windows and with AC until. She said no she didn’t. I was how do you know if u was not with us at my house. And than she said Ms GOSSETT said that she called you and that u Siad that yall was satisfied and happy.. I said that’s a lie she never called us.. I called and ask her her and the woman that answer the called she said that she wasn’t there cause she was sick.. months later I called again and was told the same. From that day until we went to talk to some one we never heard from them.
They damaged my walls and carpet. Than I call a 1800 number that another place give me aand I know it was the same awful woman answer and she said .. did yall paid for any thing she ask me 3 times I said no we didn’t but if I wouldn’t know how awful job they were gng to do I wouldn’t never let them I’m my house and she just hang up

  2. I have low income clients who are disabled, home bound or without transportation. I was trying to figure out how to get them all there today for the hygiene closet. Being able to go get the items needed for my clients was a tremendous help. As I delivered the items to my clients, they were so thankful and aprreciative. I also want to say that the staff are wonderful. Thank you so much for the supplies. A little bit goes a long way.

  3. Fine people doing real good for the community, I’d like to thank the team at the Support Services for Veteran Families Program and personally Ms. Samantha Logsdon, who would come to where I was as soon as she could help. Her effort was key to me dealing with the Veterans Affairs and she took all her contacts and directed them to get me settled after the war in Ukraine started.
