Since the beginnings of the Windmill Day Center in 1985, the Windmill Alliance, Inc. has been dedicated to serving those most in need in our community.
The Windmill Center, an adult day training program serving nearly 40 developmentally disabled adults every day. The Supervised Apartments, housing 14 residents with multiple physical and developmental challenges 24/7. HIGHWAYS, a multi-service program providing crisis intervention, emergency food pantry, thrift shop, job training, counseling and life coaching.
