Awful quality of care. Ex EMT. compared to most skilled nursing facilities, this place is definitely on the low end.
Had my grandmother here for a stint until she died from a complication of the quality of care. Contracted covid 2 twice.
Had her in a room w 3 pts.
She had a stroke, and she was taken to the hospital days later after family demanded she be taken.

Took along time for her to get changed and cleaned.

If you’re ever considering taking a family member here, consider begging the doctor for an assisted suicide over taking them here.

Whatever rating this place has just know that the state only comes once a year to check the facility.

The system is corrupt. This facility sees your family as a cash cow to milk to death.

When I told my Couple Patient where my dad in Widsors I told they told me no in ther her Dr told her and she knows her husband was there and all in the nursing room so noisy near from he’s husband room .but I don’t say anything to judged
I observed there a good and bad people that’s why I understand but I won’t allowd health workers I heated ther talk yes my son so noisy behaving badly but no one helped me to let my son behaved czy son also doing therapy because of what this people done to our lives always controlled bullied but for me I cried out loud to God that God is coming and he saw what that doing to us they are fortunate have money professional but they can’t buy their moral and humanity the social worker I talk so Kind I can feel that but I hope ur management will changed them that whatever people had in ther lives u can’t say anything to bullied to let me hear that I think I don’t know speak diff language I understand what people says in one word people can lied but not in God’s eyes.Sad So unprofessional they are mostly Filipinos that hurt my feelings am a filpina read the other comments Speak louder than words .Be kind and be understanding so that u all will not be judged too don’t do to others that don’t do to u .Good luck to all but not the people I know a good kind hearted
I heated bad conversation but I don’t feel to come ther money is nothing we all pay the price when God’s come we will judged accordingly what we done on this earth 🌎 God bless u all .

The building has been under new management and has much better leadership from our past experience . The care and rehab services received by my father was amazing. He was able to get stronger before he came back home and we are very appreciative to the staff at the facility.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I must say as soon as I stopped in to the facility, the vibe about it was completely off. Very hostile environment., the Cna ‘s are overworked and underpaid. Do not work here if you’re a CNA you will break your back and no one will be reliable for you other than yourself. You will also be threatened to be fired on the daily, very toxic. The patients are great, but it sucks because most of them don’t really have anyone. Seeing their breakfast and lunch trays breaks my heart because these patients deserve a good meal. There are so large group of Filipinos that constantly speak in their language loudly across the room . HR seems miserable, very unprofessional, rude , unpleasant, upsetting experience. Pass for me
