This place stinks so bad! You can smell pee and poo in room and hallways. Some of residents keep banging on their plates or screaming for help!!! The call button did not work. Mahsa the therapist from the rehab came with Alice. They were so professional and knowledgeable. Mahsa always made my day with her cheerful and caring personality. She helped me with getting water and I was able to hold the cup with her help the first day. She made my arms stronger and even fixed the call button for me. The CNAs are not enough, the place is a stink house with broken closets and nice floor. The only think that was good was the quality therapy. Avoid this place if you can!
