The staff here are welcoming and do a great job addressing concerns. I have had the pleasure of speaking with several people on the team and it gives me confidence the place is heading in the right direction. Keep up the good work!
TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE!!!! My mom was in the hospital, laid up for three week and discharged from the hospital to this place, for two weeks. Not once, out of those two weeks did they attempt to walk her. The whole purpose of her going there was for them to get her back mobile and they did nothing. Their excuse was because she had a blister that was bleeding. The blister was on the inside, side of her heel which should have been wrapped up and they should have worked on walking her. If they couldn’t do the job, they should have said something. I would have gladly taken her out and put her in a facility that was willing to work with her. They wiped her up with paper towels claiming that they had no towels. The hallways stank, smelling like pee and poop. I was so disgusted and disappointed. How can a business, a rehab center treat people like this? You take your loved ones there thinking they’re getting the help they need and truly they are not. Every experience is different but from mines I would recommend NO ONE to bring their loved ones here. They don’t deserve the 1 star but they got it so that I can write this review. If I could give them a negative 5 I would. A serious investigation needs to be done on this place.
I wish i could score them lower. Last night my father was advised that they did not have any oxygen!!! Yes the thing that keeps you alive. They brought him two almost empty tanks and told him that the person who has the keys to where the oxygen was went home. Finally my fathers wife called the ambulance and had him removed from there and taken to the hospital. Upon his arrival the Doctor couldn’t believe how low his oxygen was. They could have killed him. This was the worst experience but he had many more. My father cant walk without assistance… so when he would call for help to the bathroom it would take them almost an hour to come… so guess what of course he soiled himself.(more than once) also whenever he had Dialysis they would just leave his tray in the room not caring that he would not return for at least 4 hours… when he would ask just to reheat not replace his meal no one would do it… and he was asked “what do you want me to do” . My father is currently at the hospital… he will never return there. If you love your relatives please do not send them there.
This is most disgusting, smelly, lack of profession, no patient care, nonsense it didn’t even meet for patients goals without getting everything prepare for discharge by heading back home. None of CNAs took csre of me for my personal hygiene so it wasn’t pleasant stay during my brief stay here only temporary on rehabilitation due to my very severe left ankle fracture complete. I wasn’t comfortable after my first arrival after hospital where I had my surgery it was huge mistake from what rehab manager has made disaster choice for me all I didn’t want to come here for every decades after I discovered there was no other options where they can take young patients for rehabilitation except it isn’t right place for patients like myself come here take therapy it didn’t make sense after big reveal for disorganized every department for rehab, nursing home, dialysis and hospice when I was here kept ask for private room and having open communication it turned out there was rude few CNAs and nurse didn’t even know how to speak English until next day I met with nurse supervisor it wasn’t helping at all.
No friendly type bed for tall people only it has every dwarf and child’s size with no comfort. It was never resolved!!!!!!!!!
SW, told me too bad sorry there wasn’t too much of choice I have for my brief stay. Horrible foods and lacking of menu nothing let patients make his or her choice without check out for food allergies it was never arranged and brought up every gross smell of dead fishes!
Beware, please don’t let rehab manager from hospital put you here, send your loved ones or family member be here!!!!!!
At the end, I’ll never come back here and give this place just zero star for not treating anyone like human. This building should be tear down! Not highly recommended!
