Office manager Donna was very knowledgeable and helpful.

We just wanted to write a review regarding Royal Palm Senior Apts & their staff…To start off we have been here for 7 yrs and can tell your our honest opinions, let’s start out with the building and amenities, the building is awesome always well kept and with so many fun awesome tenants, our Manager Donna White keeps the building clean and in ordinance, at the same time she’s always very cheerful and caring, I mean literally caring about the people where she manages here at our Apts, she’s on top of everything here making sure everyone feels right at home, not only that but she’s always preparing events for her tenants and always making sure we all have so much fun, always looks out for our well being, at the same time we have bingo which is incredibly fun, and many parties, put it in a nutshell we are all like family here,pool is always kept beautiful and our maintenance Shaun, no matter what he is doing you can be sure if there a problem with any one of us in our apartment he will get to you & fix whatever it may be , if it’s an emergency, that man can be fishing on the weekend and he will let go of what he is doing and come to save the day! Just wanted to say thank you Royal Palm for being concerned about us! Like I said so many amenities and fun things to do, Thank you Donna for your making this place safe and fun

I love Royal Palms Senior Apartments! The location is ideal, and close to shopping, restaurants,
theater and the beach. It’s a beautiful place to call home! I love my apartment, so spacious! Both Property Manager Donna and Maintenance Supervisor Shawn are AWESOME! Both, acting on my 4 issue Work Order, resolving ALL ISSUES within a couple of day’s. Again, so happy with their quick response. Thank You!!!

Senior Apartment Complex. The individual’s
that are responsible, Donna White, the
Resident Manager, and Shaun Blondheim, the
Maintenance Supervisor are both FAR and
AWAY “SUPERIOR INDIVIDUALS” that care so
much for the people and duties that are to

I have been in this Apartment for over 2 years
and have had the greatest experiences for
my entire life. The Apartment Manager Donna,
and the Maintence Manager Shaun, have been
EXTREMELY helpful in all areas of this complex.
