My mother was at Chatsworth for almost 2 months in rehab section. Really nice people, super clean, but she fell twice while in their care in the night, broke a hip the second time. Just not enough measures in place in the evening to make me comfortable. Safety was our top priority.
I had a great rehab program at Chatsworth. I liked all the therapists. Very proficient at doing PT and OT. Also very interested in seeing me make progress. The nursing staff and the CNA’s were very compassionate and praised me for the progress I made. I would definitely recommend Chatsworth to those needing rehabilitation 👍😀
The worst rehab facility. Very unprofessional over the phone coming from a hospital. Called me “dummy” while they thought they were on hold. I will be contacting and reporting those ladies that I spoke to over the phone. Very arrogant and unprofessional scoffing. Sad to see people in patient care facilities like that. Better off working at McDonald’s with that attitude.
Lady on the phone indicated they don’t have comfy chairs for visitors to sit in. This is a big issue if I’m spending hours with the family member as they are recovering. That was enough to go elsewhere.
My elderly friend is there temporarily, the staff and nurses are rude and very disrespectful, they stand around most of the time doing nothing at all , they never answer the phone at nursing station , they rarely clean patients bathrooms or rooms , terrible place. He is holding urine and in pain and the nurse just yelled at me telling me she is busy can someone please help corporate number won’t answer please help
