Everything was organized and changed inside the store. You don’t know where anything is anymore. After going to the store for several years, you’d know where all the items are located, but now you’ll never find anything that you’ve been used to locate and get quickly. Good luck in trying to find an associate to ask locations of items.
Service: Navarro’s service is truly exceptional, especially thanks to Liliam. She went above and beyond to assist me with printing from my iPhone, guiding me through the entire process with patience and expertise. Liliam’s approach was not only professional but also incredibly friendly and helpful, making what could have been a daunting task easy and pleasant. Her customer service was top-tier, and I genuinely wish every worker could be as dedicated and knowledgeable as she is.
