Corp office doesn’t answer phone or return voice mails. It’s like there’s no one in the building.
This is not a community you want to live in. They don’t care about their residents or their employees. For them it’s all about the bottom line. The food is inedible and poor quality cooked in bad sanitation environment, maintenance is virtually non existent. Residents go months with no AC. Corporate has no clue how to run a business and constantly make bad decisions that impact resident life and create the financial hole they are always in. Do not send your parents to live in their properties.
