I am sorry to say I work in this building for 3 years and try my best to make the resident happy while there but it’s to much drama in that building it’s nasty the front back office stole so much from the resident and talk to them anting kind of way they show no care for them and it was never nobody to go to and complain on about the issues in the building and on top of that manger from the kitchen putting her hands on residents and taking they money and doing them wrong I hate I left my resident but I could not take it there no more and the resident beg me to to leave them and it hurts to leave them but I wish them well and hope soon they get new people in the building to care for them and love on them
This facility is horrible; they have mold on walls, cockroaches, bedbugs, and smells like urine in the memory care. They have stolen all my parents jewelry and personal objects. The memory care at night has only 2 staff members working for 30 patients. I can’t wait for that facility to shut down. I don’t want any other families to go through what I went through. I have reported them to adult protective services, and they still have the facility open. I have also reported them to AHCA. Hopefully they will close the facility to save other parents and family members heartaches. Anita the Director should not even be allowed to have a license to drive, never mind a license to run a facility. And they have no licensed nurse on premises, not full-time; they have one maybe for signing paperwork, but she does not work there. They’ve been trying to hide that for a long time, and this came from the staff. Please do not let your family members go to that facility.
WARNING!! DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE!!! My dad was miserable in this ASSISTLESS living facility. I Terribly regret not having the chance to move him out 😢 The food is beyond disgusting that I wouldn’t even feed it to my dog, hundreds of roaches roaming around and tons of food flies all over the place. disgusting mold and urine smell in the hallways that stuck to my nose for hours after my daily VISITS. To “clean” his room they would only pass a dirty stinking mop ones in a good while, no regular bath unless you request them a few times, My dad fell a few times and was on the floor for over an hour before someone came to “assist”. But Worse of all they kept missing his crucial MEDICATIONS for days with excuses that pharmacy was closed…. How scary!! Also BEWARE, they are thieves!! things were magically disappearing from his room and when my dad was in the hospital they stole a lot of his personal stuff including his hearing aids, watch, Electric drill, shopping cart etc.. that I literally found in one one of the administration office.
Just horrible in every way possible.

As a former Staff I’ll say, Staff doesn’t care about residents night shift only sleeps at night, the food is horrible beyond imagining, one time at breakfast they only served a single sweet roll that’s. The staff harass the residents every day. The manager is a racist. Worst place to work and Worst place to leave a love one. I’d leave a negative 10 star but I can’t do that. STAY WAY FROM HERE IT HAS BED BUGS
Short staffed, unclean, bedbugs, and inadequate food. My mom suffered a fractured arm and rib. Please do your research before going here! These patients deserve more than this. It is just sad!
