Darren Cruz and her people have been incredibly responsive to my needs in seeing that my sister is cared for. She’s at the Balfour residence in Ann Arbor and I’m in California, so it can get difficult to see that she is taken care of. Whatever I have asked for they have given. They have found her hearing aids and her iPhone and more. I am very grateful to this company and to Darren in particular.
Fantastic care and relief for me! Best care ever for Mom. They take care of Mom, make meals and bake cookies. They do light cleaning and get Mom moving and exercising.
I get a daily very detailed report of the days activities. The care giver also has contacted me as necessary.
The best thing was they set up the care in 2 days as I needed immediate help.

I have been very happy with ESC. Donna has been extremely kind and patient helping to match me up with caregivers until we found the perfect Savannah. Donna has kept in touch with us to make sure all is OK, which it always is!
My mom have been in my care since June of this year and in the beginning it was very challenging because I have not cared for anymore with beginning stages of dementia. I was referred to this company by someone else that was providing a service to me. Since the start this company has been professional, patient with my mom, personable, and they take extra great care of her. I am able to still live my life knowing that my mom is being cared for!
