  1. My Father has been at Good Sams for 1 year. We did a lot of research to find the best place to meet his needs. Judy the Director was immensely helpful and continues to be supportive for our questions and needs. The staff are so loving and caring. I have stopped in to check on Dad and found them helping him to eat, singing to him, and making sure he is comfortable. Dad is always clean and well cared for. He has his own room and was able to bring his TV which was important to him. For us Good Sams has truly been a blessing and Dad is very happy there. The staff are the most compassionate and caring to all of their residents, not just Dad. Without hesitation I can highly recommend Good Sams Assisted Living.

  2. this place is the worst ever the two ladies there named June there are two dunes, and they’re both disgusting uncompassionate rude beyond words. They did not feed my mother near enough food. I don’t even know if they fed her any food. I think all they did give her ENSURE. I talked to the owner. She did nothing. The girls are so rude. When you knock on the door, they unlock it go away do not open it. Do not address you nothing Rudis uncompassionate don’t let the owner fool you with her words because it’s all lies proven after six weeks. My mother was there got a bad sore, infected gums had to remove her from there. They did not clean. Her feet did not wash her every day. Only Hospice came to bathe her three times a week. I would not take a dog there if you care about your family member especially if they cannot talk like my mom and I think that’s why they did her the way they did and they don’t want you asking any questions because they won’t speak with you anymore. It’s really disgusting and they should be reported for the way they treated me and my mom and the six weeks that she was there because the website was a lie not even the same people that shown on the website, not nutritious food that’s a lie , no nothing they overcharge you and they do nothing so please do not take your parent or family member there if you care about them

  3. I have to put mom in an assisted living and have checked out other bigger places but prefer Good Sam’s because it’s more one on one. Judy the director is very friendly, professional and very informative and I feel comfortable bringing mom there. I have a choice of rooms and can replace furniture with moms.

  4. I’m not quite there yet, but as I think about my golden years I want to be in a homey, welcoming environment like Good Sam’s Assisted Living Residence in Palm Coast, FL. I know the owner, Judith Fermin Ostrin, personally. She’s a lovely person, motivated by the knowledge, experience, principles & genuine caring warmth that are ideal for caring for, and being entrusted with, aging family members. I know Ms. Ostrin ensures that caregivers are trained in, and motivated by, her high standards and requirements for deeply personalized, knowledgeable care. Good Sam’s Assisted Living Residence is a charming, completely clean and inviting home for elder care, and small enough where I can feel assured, and trust, that all residents receive a high level of individual attention and meticulous, loving, care and friendship. I can trust that beloved family members, or myself, will consistently receive the high level of required safety, kindness and know-how at Good Sam’s, and I would happily entrust myself to their care. Just looking at the photos, you can feel the good energy! Dian Larkin, New York
