My uncle is a resident at grand villa boynton beach. I wanted to take this opportunity to all families out there looking for a community for there loved one. You will never find a place that offers better care and support. The staff is truly amazing and the community is so clean. I love seeing my uncles smiling face every time I visit.
It’s the worst experience ever in assisted living. I was lied to regarding the room we were promised. My mother was moved to a dirty room that has still yet to be cleaned. My family paid for extra care but she still has to try to get to an elevator alone in her wheelchair. The elevator is at the other end of the building, so she cant even get downstairs to socialize. She eats in her room. We were sold a bill of lies. I work in this industry and am appalled at the food they try to serve. I’ve observed residents on their scooters driving to restaurants in the area.
The bottom line is this is one of the worst example of assisted living. I can’t imagine how memory must be.
