Totally agree.This place is horrible.I know someone who works there and the things they say is unbelievable.
There cutting hours but can throw lavish parties for themselves And employees are allowed to drink during these parties… I feel so bad for the residence

Just because you couldn’t find my grandmother who lives there associated with my name does not mean she is not there. This is just a fine example of the lack of accountability this company holds.
The change of ownership doesn’t help either.
This place is horrible. Do not bring your family here. The neglect and lack of help is so sad.
Medicine always given wrong or not properly. They are understaffed and do not have enough people to help the residents. They don’t even have a full size fridge.. it’s a mini fridge ON THE GROUND. Residents have to bend over to look into the fridge. They don’t have enough staff to help dress or assist residents. Don’t waste your money here.

Thank you for your advice but no one at Sabal palms is capable of conducting an investigation into anything!…. the concerns were substantiated with PICTURES and VIDEOS which are all quite disturbing. And as always denial and sweeping under the rug was and still is the practice at Sabal Palms. Unfortunately lives are at stake and families need to be warned to STAY AWAY!!
RUN!!!! This place is despicable! Northstar Senior Living’s “Sabal Palms” in Palm Coast Florida is a horrible facility they care about nothing but making money!!! The residents, especially in memory care are treated with little to no respect or proper care. They aren’t changed or cleaned properly. Medicines getting mixed up or not given at all. You ask questions and you are lied to constantly. Management is pathetic. Workers are untrained. The corporate office is worse! It is so sad to see the elderly mistreated. Some of the people that work there should be ashamed of themselves I don’t know how they go to sleep at night. Horrible things happen there and are swept under the rug. There were only a very small handful of caring/capable people working there. My mother was neglected. I have nothing but sorrowful memories of my mothers last year and a half of life thanks to Sabal Palms. My mom died there. I pray for all of the people still there, and their families. May God watch over them.
We had a good experience at Sabal Palms. The team from Sandy to the nurses and other care givers were very accessible, honest and professional. They did their best to support our mom and with her transition from home.
