I was so thankful to find home helpers. My dad moved into a new assisted living facility and was getting too easily lost at first and wandered off the premises. The facility recommended having a sitter with him a while to help him learn his way and stay safe. I called Home Helpers on a Friday afternoon and was able to meet with them on Monday to complete paperwork and have a sitter start on Tuesday. I appreciated their prompt response and coordination of care, and they were very quick to respond to any needs and questions throughout our need for care. Very caring company – went out of their way caring, helping, and supporting our mother. Very helpful and kind when we had to switch out a few days, got back with us very quickly, and let us know exactly what they helped mother with for the time they assisted our mother online – so that we could read it at our leisure. My sisters & I were very pleased with the care given to our 86 year old Mom in the last 2 months in her Memory care residence. She cannot see or hear well (and recently lost her husband and our dad), yet Jill Turner’s caregivers managed to find ways to entertain and show they cared about our Mom’s well being. Jill & Matt Turner do a thorough job interviewing the patient and the family’s situation. Jill personally introduced each care giver to our Mom in advance .
