Overpriced and poorly built
The LWR community is actually bigger than Disney World and still growing. They have absolutely no respect for the wildlife even though their name would imply they do. As they grow outward destroying farms and wildlife they keep building their homes closer and closer to each other. Their HOAs can be extremely difficult to deal with… what may look lovely on the surface may not be what you expect,
Building thousands of new homes before addressing traffic concerns. Widening of Lorraine rd by SR 70 Is plain concrete. No trees or shrubs in median. Cut tons of trees along Lorraine rd without replacing any. All in a rush for more homes and businesses. Some areas are nice and some they skimped on.
