This place was once a mess. However, things are turning around. Staff is great. Building is getting repaired correctly and there is alot of progress. The staff works hard to make this place home and it actually feels like home.
New management is on it. When they say something they do it. They are truthful and honest and are making Johnson lakes a great place again. Living here is enjoyable ke and home. Great team in here I hope never leaves
Do NOT rent from here! The owners don’t care about the residents at all! The A/Cs don’t work! They have provided portable units, but they are very expensive to run and most people can’t afford to run them! The whole building has mold in the walls. They spray kiltz over it, but it keeps coming back. The building is built on wetlands and is sinking. The foundation is not sturdy. You can see cracks in the bricks outside and in the walls inside. There are sink holes in the back of the building. They don’t clean the hallways, it’s gross! Don’t waste your money!
