Moldy and humid unit…there’s been 4 notices on Ring that cars are getting broken into this past month. There’s been 2 instances where people are noticeably on drugs and one possible death due to overdose. Not safe.
DO NOT MOVE HERE. I’ve been living here for almost a year. And can’t wait for my lease to be over so I can leave. We have noise coming from upstairs and the office does nothing to fix this situation. They tow your car without previous notice if you don’t have your sticker. They don’t pick up the trash that cannot fit in a bag.
THE AC BREAKS ALMOST EVERY MONTH
THE MATERIAL OF EVERYTHING INSIDE IS SO CHEAP STARTS COMING OUT AND BREAKING SO EASY.
THEIR FIRE ALARM SYSTEM IS BROKEN AND SUPER LOUD. IT GOES OFF EVERY 3 weeks for no reason at all
THE RENT COST IS over 2000 including bills. ITS NOT WORTH IT. The rent here should be less than 1300. You are better off living in under a bridge. Or an efficiency.

Do yourself a favor and don’t move there. The management are crooks and creeps. My husband and I finally were able to move out of this place in September.
When we moved in August of 2023, the apartment was disgusting, had cockroaches, and a random grocery bag of dog food in the closet. There was also dog hair everywhere, and they definitely didn’t replace the carpets, as they’re supposed to after a tenant with pets moves out. Living there was a nightmare.
Our AC froze and stopped working 6 times in the year we lived there. One of those times being the middle of July when it was 100 degrees out and I was 6 months pregnant. My husband put in a work order that they ignored for almost 2 days, until I showed up to the leasing office crying and they finally brought someone out to fix it. The maintenance men would open the door with zero warning that they would be coming and without knocking. Two times they came by and knocked and started unlocking the door even though I said “hold on a second”, because I was getting dressed after showering. Creepy. We paid way too much a month, to not even be treated like that was our home or deserving of any privacy.
Aside from the “luxury amenities” constantly being either closed or dirty, we had two other major issues. When we moved in they didn’t have enough parking stickers for my husband and I, so his car didn’t have one for months. Then they towed his car in the middle of the night, for “parking without a permit”. $300 down the drain for us, plus the uber he had to take to and from work that day. All because of their horrible management. When we went to move out they decided to randomly close the office that day, so we weren’t to return our keys in person. We spent the next 20 days trying to get in touch with them about if they got the keys or not. To top things off, a $200 package from our baby registry got delivered late after we had already moved and either the maintenance men or leasing office tried to steal it. When I finally got in touch with them after 20 days, they said “we don’t have it you should’ve called sooner”. When I told them my husband and I called 15 times, they called back 10 minutes later and suddenly had “found” the package. They knew they’d been dodging our calls and had fully planned to steal the package if I hadn’t pointed out I have the call logs from the last 20 days trying to contact them. There is nothing luxury about this apartment complex, or the management. I wouldn’t move back there even if the rent was free.
El peor servicio al cliente del mundo, te dan cita para horarios en los que ellos no están, cuando llegué al sitio un caballero salió de la oficina y al preguntarle básicamente me dijo “I don’t care” mientras se iba, me fuí al parking y mi esposa llamó al número que nos dieron al hacer la cita, el mismo caballero se acercó y llamó mi atención con un grito bastante despectivo y me hace una seña para que vaya a la oficina, el resto, “bien” pero los precios tampoco son los que refleja la página web. Terrible mala primera impresión.
