A COMMUNITY APPROACH TO INDIVIDUALIZED CARE
My grandmother has been in there since May. Has been paying out of pocket 15,000 a month. Hasn’t been bathed or showered in 9 days. Had her hair done yesterday that we also pay out of pocket for and the decide to put her in shower after it’s done. UNACCEPTABLE!!!! NOT TO MENTION THAT THEY HAVE TO PRoVIDE THERE OWN TELEVISION AND PHONE FOR THERE ROOM AT THERE OWN COST!!! THAT SHOULD BE PROVIDED!!!! THEY ARE GETTING A BIG PIECE OF MY MIND MONDAY MORNING AND CHANNEL 2AND 4 WILL BE CONTACTED. All the owners care about is money. . However some staff has provided excellent care some! This is borderline abuse and fraud!
This place should be closed. Food is horrible, nearly inedible. Patients are not bathed. Post surgical patients are not monitored for signs of clotting not to mention the staffing level is low and the staff that are there do NOT work as a team. The ac system seems adequate. If you have a loved one who needs rehab keep looking.
Visited my grandma here while I was in town. The nurse sitting at reception was very helpful in making sure that I signed in properly and that everything was taken care of. She even suggested that my grandmother particularly liked walks outside, which she does. So I took Grandma for a walk in the parking lot and she really enjoyed seeing the birds in the spring.
You can tell that the staff here really cares for it everyone staying here! In addition there’s a lot of room for everybody which is better than the last nursing home my grandmother was in which was quite crowded.
My mom was just there for rehab of broken hip & leg….the food was terrible, was served black bananas, 2 day old chicken etc. she refused to eat so we brought her food. They let her lie in dirty bloody bandages for 3 days …it was awful & depressing. The nurses were nice & couldn’t do more cause they’d get into trouble. My mom is still depressed from that place , they only bathe you once a week ….if that!!!! It’s not right, should be ran better!
