I enjoy visiting my PopPop at Westpointe. I’ve had lunch with him and done some bird watching with him too. The birds are beautiful! There are gorgeous fig trees too that are full of yummy figs right now. I’m so happy that he’s happy here!
I have lived here for two years and I thoroughly enjoy being a part of this community. All of the staff are kind and helpful. Any of my questions or concerns are answered quickly. I appreciate April and Zac going above and beyond for all of us residents.
This place has no security at all anyone can walk in or out freely, there’s 1 worker on the mid and over night shift. The RN in the Westpoint building speaks to employees like dirt being walked on. I was there 1 day for 4 hours and a resident gave me the full run down and said I wouldn’t be there long so it was nice to meet me and she was absolutely right. They are racist from what I was told how the blacks are treated differently from the white and a resident told me this. If I had a pet snake I wouldn’t let it stay they it would get better treatment from the woods.
If you know someone here. Get them out immediately! Disgusting place with farm animals inside. To say it’s understaffed is an understatement.
