Absolutely terrible experience with Oasis transport staff. My mom needed transport home from the hospital. She had stage 4 cancer and hospital told us nothing they can do and recommended hospice. We just wanted to get her home and comfortable but Oasis transport showed up 1.5 hours late, and had a wheelchair without any foot rests… my poor mom had to use her feet to “walk” the wheelchair all the way from her room to the van. Not to mention she was very weak and could barely stand and on oxygen. She could barely breath by the time we got to the van.. The oasis transport woman had absolutely no sympathy and her excuse is that she “forgot” to grab the footrests.. she even told us to push my mom down to the van outside because she doesn’t get into elevators.. then my mom told me she texted the whole time she was driving.. this entire experience made an already difficult hospital stay so much worse. I would never recommend this company or their employees since they clearly don’t have any standards of care.

Need to learn how to properly drive. Cutting people off and not using a turn Signal is unprofessional.
The service provided to my Grandfather with dementia was superb! Outstanding job by both drivers. They were so patient, kind, understanding and respectful of him. I highly recommend their service and look forward to using them in the future.
I was lucky to have Bianca as my driver from hospital back home. She was wonderful. Very kind and patient with me. Escorted me in wheelchair all the way back to my apartment and made sure I was comfortable before she left. What a wonderful asset to your company. If I’m ever in need of your services again, I’ll make sure to ask for her!
