I arrived for my appointment at eleven about 20 minutes after eleven I asked if therepist was in the building. I was informed in a annoyed tone that he was not. I said I have an appointment for eleven. I was informed I was late I was to be there at 10:45 because I was not he took another patient. I’m getting annoyed so I ask how much longer the response again with an extremely annoyed tone, so I ask are you annoyed I’m asking you questions.
