We’ve been through many assisted living facilities with all four of our parents. This one is by far the best. Not due to the brick and mortar, or the new flooring and furniture, whitch is beautiful by the way, it’s because of the wonderful folks that poor so much of themselves into residence wellbeing, happiness and health. My name is Carmen Nieves-Deal. I work for FHL Care Management in Orlando. I have the privilege of working with one of the residents who resides in the ALF at this facility. I was very pleased at what a great place this is, with a very supportive & loving staff! Although I had a very unfortunate experience on Thurs. 10/17 of losing my keys while visiting my client that required my key fab to be recoded by a lock smith. Even so, I did leave the facility that day with a FULL heart because of how incredibly kind and helpful the entire staff responded to my situation. I was even given lunch initiated by the front desk operator and then hand delivered to me by the kitchen manager. I was completely impressed with the entire staff’s customer service and kindness. THANK YOU! May their blessings come to them in abundance! P.S. I did receive a call from the facility the next day that my key was found:)
I’m a mental health counselor-My husband Andy Costantini performs here-and in many other facilities-this one has the most obvious caring and professionalism combined! Christine leads it all- with Ashley, Dee and others supporting with love and care. Very special!!!
