They were wonderful with my dad in memory care. They took good care of him up until his passing. Thank you guys.

Just called today@4:00pm 01/02/2025, for information regarding this facility services. The young lady I spoke with was very rude and dismissive. She initially stated she couldn’t hear me then very flippant asked what I needed? I expressed I wanted to speak to someone regarding the service this facility provide. She flippant stated “that would be Cheryl but she want be back until Monday” So, I ask why the nasty attitude? And stated–
Shareholders and Investors need to know that attitudes like hers affect companies bottomline. This employee and her lack of professional demeanor changed my mind about the possibility of placing my love one in their care.

We were dreading having to put my mom in a home but we have had the best experience with Madison at Ocoee! The staff is so friendly and welcoming and we are relieved to know she is safe and taken care of.

Janell and Barbie have been absolutely incredible. My mom has been in this facilities for 2 1/2 years. They have spent time with us, showing care and concern. They have gone above and beyond to help us in every situation possible. Thank you so much for all that you do for my family as well as all of the residents entrusted in your care……
